The Doctoral Programme in Biotechnology and Genetic Resources of Plants and Associated Microorganisms depends on the School of Agronomy, Food and Biosystems (“Escuela Técnica Superior de Ingeniería Agronómica, Alimentaria y de Biosistemas”, ETSIAAB)). The UPM Centrer for Plant Biotechnology and Genomics (CBGP) also participates in the programme. Furthermore, the National Institute for Agricultural and Food Research and Technology (INIA) is an institution associated with the doctoral program and whose collaboration is materialized at the CBGP, a joint UPM-INIA center.
